Full-service planning is for hosts who want a real partner in the process, not just a vendor list — someone who takes the vague idea in your head ("something like a garden party, but modern") and turns it into a detailed design, a realistic budget, a vetted list of vendors, and a day that runs exactly the way you pictured it, without you having to manage a single logistics text message the day of.
We start with a planning consultation to understand your vision, guest count, budget range and must-haves, then build out a full design concept — color palette, florals, rentals, layout — before we ever book a single vendor. From there we handle vendor sourcing and contracts, a detailed event timeline, communication with your venue, and a full day-of production team so you and your family can actually be present at your own event instead of running it.
Full-service planning works especially well for weddings, quinceañeras, milestone anniversaries and large family celebrations where there are a lot of moving parts — multiple vendors, a longer guest list, family dynamics to coordinate around, or a venue that needs significant styling to feel like "you." Because we also own our own rental inventory, we can often bring balloon installs, backdrops, tables, linens and florals in-house rather than subcontracting them out, which keeps your budget tighter and your point of contact simpler.
Every full-service package is custom quoted based on your guest count, timeline and how much of the planning you want to hand off — tell us where you are in the process and we'll build a proposal around it, not a one-size package that doesn't fit your event.
Allow about a week for a full-service planning proposal. Rental quotes come back within a business day, but a planning proposal means costing out vendors, florals, rentals and a timeline for your specific day — that takes real thought, and we would rather take the week and get it right.
