San Marcos delivery & rental FAQ
Do you deliver to San Marcos?
Yes — San Marcos is fully within our delivery area, about 18 minutes from our Fallbrook home base. Graduations at CSUSM, ranch weddings and family fiestas.
How much is delivery to San Marcos?
Delivery to San Marcos is a flat $75, round trip — that covers delivery, drop off and pickup. Setup and breakdown is a separate add-on you can put on your quote.
Do you set up at parks in San Marcos?
Absolutely — we regularly deliver and set up at public parks and event spaces around San Marcos. Most park and beach events need a city facility-use or special-event permit; tell us when you book and we'll walk you through the requirements, and for full-service bookings we can often handle the paperwork for you.
How far ahead should I book for San Marcos?
We recommend at least 3 days' notice, and popular spring and fall weekends in San Marcos go earliest. Need it sooner? Requests inside 3 days may still be possible for a $95 rush scheduling fee.
Can you do a beach setup in San Marcos?
San Marcos isn't directly on the coast, so most San Marcos events we style are backyard, park or venue setups — but a beach ceremony nearby is easy to add. We regularly deliver beach-ready installs to Oceanside and Carlsbad, both a short drive from San Marcos.
