Day-of coordination is for hosts who've done the planning themselves — booked the venue, chosen the vendors, picked the flowers — but don't want to be the person answering logistics texts and cueing the DJ during their own reception. We step in about a month before your event, review everything you've already booked, build (or refine) a detailed timeline, and become the single point of contact for every vendor on your list.
On the day itself, our coordinator arrives early to run setup, confirm every vendor is on schedule and in place, manage the timeline in real time — processional cues, toast timing, vendor breaks, load-out — and troubleshoot the inevitable small hiccups before you or your family ever hear about them. Our goal is that the only thing you notice all day is that everything happened exactly when it was supposed to.
This service is a natural fit for weddings, milestone birthdays and larger family events where you've already invested time choosing every detail and don't want to hand it off entirely, but also don't want to be the one holding a walkie-talkie during your own party. If you've already rented from us for balloons, backdrops, tables or florals, your coordinator already knows exactly what's arriving and when, which makes the whole day run that much smoother.
