Rehearsal Dinner at The Logan

Four hours at The Logan, set for a rehearsal dinner, with the music already taken care of.

A classical pianist plays through the first 45 minutes while your guests arrive and find a drink. When the music finishes, our Bluetooth speaker is yours for the rest of the night — bring the playlist you have been putting together since the engagement.

The room comes ready: tables, chairs, linens, and a full place setting for up to 30 guests — plates, napkins, flatware and glassware. You bring the food and the people.

Want the music to carry further? The upgrade at $2,500 brings a vocalist alongside the pianist for a full hour and a half instead of 45 minutes, and adds cocktail tables with linens for the arrival hour. Everything in the first package is still included.

More than 30 at the table? Add guests to either package and we bring the tables, chairs, linens, place settings and table decor to match — up to 35 for $100, 40 for $300, 45 for $500, 50 for $750, or 55 for $1,000. Fifty-five is the most the room seats comfortably.

Rehearsal dinners are the night people actually talk to each other — smaller than the wedding, and usually the only evening both families are in one room without a schedule. Worth doing properly.
